Realizing our Potential

Realizing our potential is a journey of...

• Remembering anything we imagine is possible.

• Stepping forward even when fear arises.

• Repeatedly accessing connection with Source, belief in self, and an abundant flow of giving and receiving.

Let us not allow the people in our lives who want to "protect" us from hurts or upsets and who tell us to not stretch too far, to not step off the cliff, to not believe in the "impossible" to control us.

Instead of contracting in fear; believing in our limitations; or living small...

Let's keep shifting and returning to the place of "Yes!" until that place becomes more comfortable and familiar than the place of limitation and contractions.

We are all destined for greatness.

The yearning to fully realize our potential can feel like an ache throbbing to be released... or an emptiness too painful to experience when ignored or abandoned.

Opening to our full potential and the destiny that wants to unfold with conscious deep breaths - one breath at a time...

... Allows an opening so deep, cavernous in fact... that Source can flow into it and guide us into the full flowering that is longing to emerge.

What practices can we do to invoke this high path?

Releasing ourselves from our habitual constrictions and doubts takes practice.

Being with others who say "Yes!" to us, who mirror our potential, and acknowledge the depths of our being nourishes our deep desires to awaken.

Realizing our potential includes...

• Awakening our bodies and liberating the urge to move, breathe, play, and dance that lies dormant within so that we may be fully aware of and respond to the guidance that is flowing through us from Source.

• Opening our hearts through compassion, forgiveness, and love for self and other.

• Expanding our minds to infinite possibilities and through intention focus our thoughts, words, and actions into the direction that feels joyful, liberated, abundant, and true.

So I ask you and me to...

Commit to practices. Find others on this path. Be the light for them that we are longing them to be for us.
