Directions
From I-95 and East including Annapolis
Take Rt. 32 West to Columbia. Take Rt. 29 North toward Columbia. Take exit 17 (Seneca Drive/ Shaker Drive) and go right at the stop sign onto Shaker Drive. Go 1/3 mile and turn left into Atholton Square (Behind PNC Bank). We are in the brick office townhouse on the left - 10450 Shaker Drive, Suite 110.

From Rt. 29 and North including Ellicott City or I-70
Take Exit 17 (Seneca Drive/Shaker Drive). At the stop sign go left onto Seneca Drive and you'll be crossing over Rt. 29. Go right at the next intersection onto Shaker Drive. Go 1/3 mile and turn left into Atholton Square (Behind PNC Bank). We are in the brick office townhouse on the left - 10450 Shaker Drive, Suite 110.

From Rt. 29 and South - Silver Spring or Washington, DC
Take Exit 17 (Seneca Drive/Shaker Drive) and go right at the stop sign onto Shaker Drive. Go 1/3 mile and turn left into Atholton Square (Behind PNC Bank). We are in the brick office townhouse on the left.

Please Note!
We are not located right on Shaker Drive - even though that is our address. The PNC bank is on Shaker Drive and the office townhouses we're in are behind the bank.

Also, the only extension that actually rings through on 410.997.4900 is 101. If you are lost, feel free to try it - or call your practitioner or workshop facilitator on a cell phone. If I - Kathryn Yarborough - am in the administrative office, I will answer extension 101 and help you get here.

There is a Shaker Drive exit off of Route 32 and Route 29. This confuses some people. The directions above are from Route 29!
