Creative Tools: Helping Clients Decrease Inner Conflict

Kathryn Yarborough, MFA, BC-DTR

Overview
In Creative Tools: Helping Clients Decrease Inner Conflict, participants will practice tools that can be used as interventions with clients who present with inner conflict. For example, these tools can be used when a client is having a difficult time making a decision or when a client says she or he wants something but doesn’t act on it. These tools facilitate increased self awareness and integration. The creative tools include journaling, movement, and structured play.
