As I imagine teaching people how to breath fully and deeply and ultimately marrying their breath and movement, I feel an expansion in my body and whole being. I experience an opening and a kind of lightness. As I imagine working with people from this state, I’m holding in my consciousness the intention that we are both expanding our breath and deepening through our work together and each session. The work affects both of us. It is not me doing something to my client – rather both of us are expanded by doing it.
As I imagine working with my clients I am aware of the field we are co-creating. I invite breath into it through conscious intention and by deepening my breath. I imagine that my client (who ever I am with) feels this invitation (consciously or unconsciously) and her or his breath deepens because of it.
As I imagine doing this work, I imagine that this full, deep, body breath is what guides me in all that I do. I never leave it. I am always breathing fully, deeply, with my body open, my spine moving easily with the breath, feeling my feet and hands and top of head moving with the breath, experiencing my chakras open with every breath…
I am doing this full breath all day. I have committed to breathing this way - living this way.
I imagine that because I am breathing and living this way, people want to work with me. I am telling people what I’m doing and many want to work with me because they see in me something they want. And I welcome them into my practice.
As I practice more and more and share breath of life practices with more and more people, I become more and more comfortable talking to people about the potency of breath and the impact of full bodied, deep, balanced, conscious breaths on a person’s health, well-being, and prosperity.
It is my intention wherever I go to develop a relationship with one person and to strengthen a relationship with someone I already know – by asking questions and being authentic in my conversation… and by breathing fully and deeply as I talk with folks.
As I imagine fulfilling this calling to see 25 clients a week, I imagine doing breath of life presentations in lots of different places… Here at the Center for Embodied Consciousness, at On Purpose, at New Thought community services, at hospitials, in organizations – large auditoriums, in hotels at conferences to large groups and in small groups where we can have an intimate conversation.
I imagine that my 25 weekly clients come to me as if I am a magnet pulling them to me. They just show it instantaneously in the next week to 4 weeks. I see this, feel this, get out of the way, and let them show up.
I imagine that I am seeing 25 clients a week and teaching professional development workshops 2-3 days a month. I imagine taking $2000 - $3000 to the bank every week to deposit. I see the amount on the deposit slip. I feel abundant and growing.
I experience myself as expansive. I feel the field around Breath of Life growing and expanding – like a snow ball growing and growing. I’m attracting more and more people who want to do Breath of Life coaching sessions. My schedule is filling up… until it is full every week and people are scheduling 3-4 weeks out.
I’m doing one presentation at the Center for Embodied Consciousness every month and there are 10 – 20 people here for it because clients bring friends and family. I’m teaching a breath of life workshop every other month filled with 15 people in it.
I’m being asked to present to doctors and other medical professionals.
As my commitment to people grows and 25 hours a week I’m with clients in private sessions or teaching, I have less and less time for administrative tasks. Because in the time I’m not with clients or teaching, I’m responding to phone calls and emails, I’m presenting, I’m preparing workshops, presentations, or talks, or I’m networking.
I have a wonderful person doing a lot of the administrative day-to-day work that needs to get done. This person is like a right-hand person. She (or he) is able to help me post things to my website and keep the website updated. She(or he) is able to handle all the CEU workshop registration and other workshop/class registrations. She is great! And this person is committed to working with me for the long haul. She (or he) loves doing administrative work… and we work well together. This person is able to take direction and go with it and doesn’t make any changes without running her or his ideas by me. Having her work for me and with me actually helps what I do run smoother – way smoother. People are informed in a timely manner about all that I’m doing and what’s happening at the center. She or he is able to do 15 hours of work with only 1-2 hour of guidance or supervision from me every week!
I am free to see clients and teach. I love the work I’m doing. I receive $10,000 - $20,000 a month for all of my services and products. It’s fun being so abundant!!!
And I breathe fuller and deeper all day long.
