What I don't know from my own experience or training, I have researched or interviewed someone else who does.

Most importantly, I've created this website to share with you information about how to use embodied practices like movement, breath, and creative self expression to deepen your own healing and awakening.

It's my hope that when enough of us awaken consciousness in every cell of our hearts, minds, and bodies that we, humans, will make choices that give birth to an abundant, joy filled partnership with each other and all beings everywhere.

At the Center
In Maryland, I teach workshops and classes and facilitate other group experiences to support this awakening and transformation.

We have a variety of practitioners who offer services here such as massage therapy, acupuncture, reiki and transformational workshops.
